60 Minute Massage with Jen Vehaba at her home office in Wappingers Falls.
Hi my name is Jen, and I’ve been helping folks find calm and connection with their bodies as a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2008. I love witnessing my clients find profound relaxation while we work to re-pattern their muscular and structural systems. I specialize in Deep Tissue Massage that prioritizes holding space for clients to enter a peaceful, serene state.
My approach is integrative and I include elements from my years spent working as a member of Physical Therapy Rehabilitation teams. I also have advanced training in Anatomy & Physiology, Medical Massage, Positional Release (strain/counter-strain), Craniosacral Therapy, Pre & Post Natal Massage, and Reflexology. I’ve been a Certified Yoga Instructor since 2001 and have completed coursework in Qigong For Medical Practitioners from the Omega Institute.
I hold a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology and Studio Art, and an Associate of Science degree. Outside of the massage room I enjoy exploring the great outdoors with my husband and two children, cooking up feasts, and traveling to places that inspire awe :)
I look forward to working with you!
