Clara Rodriguez is a multidisciplinary artist whose work explores the joy of making through process and material. Her practice includes digital art, silkscreen printing, drawing, painting, sculpture, and kite making. She holds a BFA in Printmaking and a BS in Art Education from SUNY New Paltz, where her thesis combined kite construction with traditional and experimental printmaking techniques—a synthesis she continues to revisit.

Since 2014, Rodriguez has worked professionally as a freelance artist and silkscreen printer, producing fine art prints exhibited across the United States. Her work has been shown in venues throughout the Hudson Valley, including the Barrett Art Center, The Trolley Barn, and Tivoli Artists Gallery.

In addition to her studio practice, she teaches screen printing at the Poughkeepsie Underwear Factory’s community print shop. Rodriguez lives in the Hudson Valley with her husband and daughter.
