Clara(NotClaire) Rodriguez is an artist and independent art educator native to the Hudson Valley area. Clara specializes in illustrative, gestural drawings and prints that include subjects like animals (cats), abstract human forms, and intricate, labyrinthine linework. She is currently a member of PUF Community Print Studio, making prints and teaching workshops in screen printing. While art making and teaching are not yet her full-time positions, Clara pursues to inspire joyful connection and reflection through her artistic journeys on paper and multimedia. She also enjoys making art kites, hiking, and spending time with her family.
